These services require professional expertise, significant time investment, and often involve non-refundable government or regulatory fees.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service.

  • Payment Made in Error: If you accidentally made a payment for a service not intended, and no work has started.

  • Service Unavailability: If incometaxCA.com is unable to deliver the promised service due to internal limitations or eligibility mismatch, provided no filings or submissions have been made.


3. Requesting a Refund

  • Order / Invoice Number

  • Payment Method and Screenshot

  • Reason for Refund Request

⚠️ All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment.


4. Refund Processing Time

If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment (debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

5. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Government fees, stamp duties, and statutory portal charges

  • Payment gateway processing fees

  • Any third-party fees already paid on your behalf

  • Consultation charges for completed calls, emails, or advisory sessions


6. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel a service order and no work has started, you may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Any applicable refund will be subject to eligibility and deductions as per this policy.
